Active Projects
If a client chooses to discontinue services while a project is active, a refund will be issued on a pro-rata basis. Payment for work already completed will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Projects Older Than 90 Days
Projects for which payment was made 90 days or more ago are not eligible for any partial or full refund, regardless of project status.
Prepaid Plans
Prepaid plans (quarterly, semi-annual, or annual) are refundable on a pro-rata basis if canceled early. Refunds are calculated using the original, non-discounted service rate, regardless of any promotional discounts applied at purchase.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
Complete Refund Requests
Clients seeking a full refund must submit a written request. Each case is reviewed individually, and approval is at the sole discretion of WebVisionCentric.
WebVisionCentric provides a limited service guarantee for SEO-related projects. Specific conditions apply and are communicated at the time of service agreement. Performance results may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, all digital marketing services are billed on a recurring monthly or prepaid basis. This includes but is not limited to SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, reputation management, and related services.
Timely feedback and approvals are required from clients. If no response is received within 30 days or by the project completion date, WebVisionCentric reserves the right to retain project fees due to allocated resources. Full refunds will not apply in such cases.
WebVisionCentric reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its discretion.
Client Websites
WebVisionCentric shall not be liable for damages, penalties, ranking loss, data loss, or performance issues related to client websites. All SEO work follows industry-standard ethical practices.
Website Changes
Clients are advised to maintain regular backups. WebVisionCentric is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized or uncommunicated changes to website structure, content, or metadata.
Search Engine Penalties
WebVisionCentric is not responsible for penalties imposed by search engines due to algorithm updates, third-party actions, or policy violations beyond our control.
Development services are provided only upon client request. WebVisionCentric is not responsible for data loss, hacking incidents, or server-side issues. Clients are advised to provide limited access credentials and update them after project completion.
Search engine algorithms and policies are subject to change. WebVisionCentric is not liable for ranking or traffic fluctuations caused by updates, hosting issues, ISP failures, or external factors.
Eligibility
GBP setup services apply only to new profiles. Existing profiles may not qualify.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide valid documentation for verification and participate in any required verification processes, including video verification calls with Google.
Support Period
A complimentary 30-day support period is provided after GBP setup. Additional support requires a separate agreement.
Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, both parties agree to settle disputes via Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
WebVisionCentric uses only legally licensed or royalty-free images. Exclusive image rights require additional payment.
WebVisionCentric reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.
Dashboard access is available only to active clients. Data shown is real-time and based on information provided during registration. Client data is never sold or shared.
